    • Emergency prescription refill guidelines.

    • Escalating approvals to reduce approval turnaround times.

    • Approval for out-of-network treatments when in-network resources are unavailable.​​

  • L.A. Care Health Plan | Service Updates for L.A. Care Members

    • L.A. Care understands that during this emergency some members may have to seek out-of-network services.
