LACMA'S Patient Care Foundation's 11th Annual Los Angeles Healthcare Awards Unveils 2023 Medical Student Scholarship Winners

The 11th annual Los Angeles Healthcare Awards hosted by the Patient Care Foundation, LACMA’s non-profit arm, took place on December 1st and was a huge success, raising over $130,000 for scholarships for medical students facing financial challenges.


The sold-out event at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills introduces the Foundation's 2023 scholarship winners and honored healthcare heroes from across the county.

2024 Patient Care Foundation Scholarship Applications NOW OPEN!

To be eligible for the Patient Care Foundation Scholarship Award, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have been raised in a medically-underserved area, as designated by the US HRSA.

  • You must be currently enrolled in and attending an accredited medical school in the United States



As part of the scholarship commitment, awardees are required to provide an annual update to the Patient Care Foundation, keeping them informed of their progress in medical school.
