LACMA Member Partners Recognized in State Quality Report

CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE IN PATIENT CARE

We’re proud to share that several LACMA-affiliated medical groups and health plans have been recognized for outstanding performance by the California Office of Patient Advocate Health Care Quality Report.  Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park, Panorama City, West Los Angeles and Los Angeles all earned “excellent” ratings. OPA rates health plans and medical groups based on the quality of care and patient experience in California. These ratings are available on the OPA website and help consumers compare health plans and medical groups, track complaints, and access patient rights information. The OPA also provides annual reports on health care complaints filed with state agencies. UCLA Medical Group earned “excellent” for overall patient experience and AltaMed Heath Services earned “good” for quality and Facey Medical Group earned “very good” for quality and “excellent” for overall patient experience!
