Female Physicians Make Less Than Male Counterparts:  Is there any good news?  

Female physicians on average earned 6.4% more last year, and incentive bonuses that they received also increased. Though the gender pay gap between them and their male counterparts narrowed, it remained substantial. And 52% of female physicians said they still felt underpaid.
